at First United Methodist Church
Please sign-up by filling out and returning the VBS Registration Form below! Also - please download our VBS Flyer and post one in a public area somewhere in our community!
- VBS Registration (Folks saved the form to their computer, filled it out, and then e-mailed it to us at fumcarth@adams.net, or snail-mailed it to us at 402 Main Street, Carthage, IL 62321, or brrought it in to the church office!)
